ROYALAPPLE.SHOP ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS


§1. General provisions


1. These regulations define the rules for using the Royal Apple Shop online store, available at https://royalapple.shop.

2. The online store is run by:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

3. The Seller conducts retail sales of food products – Royal Apple natural juices – by mail order within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

5. The manufacturer of the offered products and the entity responsible for their shipment is:

6. The Urban Sports Foundation manages the sales platform and is responsible for financial settlements, customer service, and marketing cooperation, with the support of Activ Sp. z o. o.



§2. Products and orders


  1. All products offered are fresh, come directly from the manufacturer and are stored in conditions that meet sanitary requirements.
  2. The products are sold in “bag-in-box” cardboard packaging with a capacity of 2L, 3L, 5L or 10L.
  3. Once the package is opened, the juice stays fresh for up to 30 days if stored refrigerated.
  4. Orders are placed via the form available on the store's website and are binding upon confirmation of payment.
  5. The prices listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and include the cost of delivery to an InPost parcel locker.




§3. Delivery


  1. Shipping is carried out by the courier company InPost.
  2. Each shipment is manually checked for leaks, completeness of the order and no damage to the packaging before shipping.
  3. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for its delivery passes to InPost.
  4. In the event of damage to the shipment or leakage of the contents, the Customer should submit a complaint immediately, preferably within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, sending photos and the order number:

5. After receiving the notification, the Seller will verify the complaint and, if accepted, may offer re-shipment or a refund.




§4. Payments


  1. Payments are made in advance, via secure payment gateways (including Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, online transfer, payment card).
  2. The order will be processed after payment confirmation.
  3. Product prices include VAT.




§5. Returns and complaints


  1. Due to the nature of the products sold (food, perishable products), the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract under Article 38, paragraph 4 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
  2. We do not accept returns of products that are opened, damaged or have passed their expiration date.
  3. Complaints regarding product defects unrelated to transport (e.g. taste, incorrect product) can be submitted by email to: sklep@royalapple.shop.
  4. Complaints are considered within 7 business days of their receipt.


§6. Personal data


  1. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
  2. The administrator of personal data is the Urban Sports Foundation.
  3. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for Activ Sp. z o. o. – to the extent necessary to complete the shipment.


§7. Final provisions


  1. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he or she has read these regulations and accepts their content.
  2. The regulations are available on the store's website at https://royalapple.shop/regulamin.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Changes will not affect orders placed before they take effect.
  4. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
